TopPartner$ is a high quality top list that sends out good quality traffic to amateur websites. Each amateur on our list has a webmaster partnership program that pays out 40% or more for all sales to their partners. When you sign up you provide the URL for YOUR partnership program. You can then sign up as a partner for all the amateurs listed and all the amateurs listed can sign up for your partnership program. Now basically what that said was that everyone on the list is partners with everyone else on the list! The toplist works in a similar way to all the other top lists you've seen. You send in hits...you move up the list...you get hits back out. But we have one major difference. And that is that if the users you send in to the list go OUT to any of the websites listed (and chances are good they will) and signs up for that website....YOU get paid! You get hits and $.
